Screw the quick-release cap onto the bottom of the faucet and attach the water supply line.
Insert the long screw into the corner of the fixing plate and place it into the hole.
Then insert the short screws and tighten them with a screwdriver.
Place the steel shell onto the base.
Align the faucet with the retaining ring and install it.
